Room includes chair, shampoo bowl or vanity, storage and keypad entry.

Artistic license means just that! Decorate as you please. Available suites are currently bare bones staged, however. Rooms are generous 10’ x 10’ spaces with built in closets. All are furnished with a porcelain shampoo bowl or vanity sink, one all purpose chair, one cabinet and one mirror. You are the boss of your business. You set the days and hrs you work. Select rooms have a built in closet, a stationary window or both.

Conveniently located just off Tamiami Trail at Conway Blvd in a quiet professional condominium complex. Convenient to both Pt. Charlotte and Punta Gorda. No lease required ever. Subject to background checks. One week rent deposit required and one week of complimentary rent to decorate and setup your room.

Suite B is ready for rent

Customize the suite to your liking. The suite is 10’x10’ and is provided with lighting, cabinet, mirror, chair and keypad entry to suite.

$200 weekly rent, no lease required

We have suites available for weekly rent!

Rooms are 10x10 and come with large cabinet or wall canoe cabinets, lighting, keypad locks one suite doors, sink of your choice (shampoo bowl or vanity), mirror and chair when needed. Enjoy the freedom to decorate and paint as you like and create your own hours.
