Mindful Massage

EVERYONE WANTS TO KNOW🤔

Just how often do I need massage???

Well... EVERY DAY😍

BUT...

Here is a general guideline💆🏼‍♀️

✨️WEEKLY- you suffer from a chronic condition or your occupation is brutal to your body

✨️BI-WEEKLY- you want to maintain, prevent, and support your body

✨️MONTHLY- general wellness & self-care

Did you know Mindful Massage 🌿 offers massage packages to take care of your body & save you 💰????

90 minute massage package-
✨️Weekly $370
✨️Bi-weekly $180
💆🏼‍♀️Standard appointment $105

60 minute massage package-
✨️Weekly $240
✨️Bi-weekly $130
💆🏼‍♀️Standard appointment $75

🫶Bottom Line:
If you’re using massage for specific health issues, more frequent sessions are helpful at first. For maintenance and overall wellness, once a month is a great rhythm.

***All appointments are booked upon payment. Package must be used within a 30 day period. Only one reschedule allowed, after appointment will be forfeited***

✨️As your massage therapist, every moment I place my hands comes with intention and mindfulness. I am not just working on muscles — I am listening. Listening to the subtle language of your body, the tension it holds, the stress it carries, and the quiet places asking to be acknowledged. Each movement is purposeful, guided by presence, care, and respect for your unique healing process.✨️
