Treatment to get this beauty hair growing was a simple plan.
They thought her hair couldn’t grow!
Diet is key, I’m not talking about weight loss plan ,a lifestyle change.

1. I suggested that her mom go get levels check (she was deficient)
2. Change her diet , include more veggies . Light to no sugar ( she went light)
3. Follow plan
4. Get regular trims and high quality shampoo and conditioner
5. Today her mom say she still take vitamins 4 years later and drink a veggie smoothie once a week

The picture on the left is where my hair just would not grow. I was on one of the biggest health journey of my life. This particular morning I got up and got dressed in spite of what I felt in my body but not my mind! Went to receive the report of the Lord!!!

I actually liked short had but mostly because that’s what I had to do since high school. When I did try to grow it, I looked like moe on three stoogies 🤪(some of talk don’t know who that is, google it).

I was getting iron infused after iron infuse. Group with other treatments. Blood levels was constantly at a 3 and 4 (which was suppose to be at 12), in and out of the hospital and at points of passing out! Once I went to a doc. Appointment and my doc said I’m driving to emergency room now, he asked how are you walking around 🙌🏽

When your levels are so low it take oxygen from your body and one of the places you see the effects is in your hair. It can put strain on other organs too, but God!

Doing hair for years , I notice when people have deficiency. I am not a doctor and do not give medical diagnosis. But what I do know is that I know trouble hair when I see it. In most cases it’s either a diet issue or deficencies.

Stay on top of blood work numbers and diet. I would lose weight , gain weight. Sometimes it simple fixes change diet and/or take vitamins and get regular checkups.

Now today 5yrs in my healing hair on right. My hair has not grown since I was about 15 and I would’ve just stayed short and cute cut.
