Tuesday!
Was driving to the gym in silence this morning…
I noticed fog hovering the long grass and the sun shining down on the dew making everything sparkle.
God is amazing!
Fall carries a beauty of its own.
How nature can make letting go look so effortlessly.
We get to witness the change of colors, the process as the trees let go of their leaves.
They trust to let go without questioning, will they grow back again?
They trust everything is aligning for it to take place.
A knowing…
Even though something is ending there’s something beautiful in the midst of becoming.
Maybe God allows us to watch the unfolding to hold space for a different perspective.
To teach trust “faith” in the letting go.
Truth is, letting go in life certain things happen naturally, but as the begin to let go we tend to grip tightly..
Out of fear of the unknown.
Maybe we can be a little more like nature.
Trust that whatever is falling away, is allowed to fall.
Not that we know what will happen next.
But we trust, we have “faith.”
There’s beauty in letting go and the waiting for the becoming.

Well Hello Monday…☀️
Thought you’d never show up!😂
Is it just me or are the weeks flying by?
As I catch my breath and align into this moment.
Reminding myself to stay present, there’s no race to win other than my own…time is the story I create around it.
Reminding myself stillness isn’t laziness, it’s where I hear God.
Reminding myself when the world creates fear of lack, my God is abundant.
Reminding myself if I desire a change I have the power to do so.
Reminding myself just because something once served me, doesn’t necessarily mean it serves me now.
Reminding myself it’s in the surrender where my peace resides.
If you needed a reminder…🫶🏼

We can never know when life is going to ask us to pivot….
Sometimes things have to fall apart before we realize we could never hold them together.
It’s in the falling apart where we get to choose.
Do we rise and embrace the change as an opportunity, or stay and remain stuck?
I’ve learned some seasons we will actually need to catch our breath first.
However, looking back some of the moments I questioned deeply, was where I found my faith strengthened.
It was in the surrender of the not knowing but going forward anyway.
l had to learn to make decisions for the person I knew I needed to become, instead of from the person I was in that moment.
What I have found is growth happens in the decisions that feel scary.
Especially, when we know it's going to get really uncomfortable, but we make them anyway.
Because deep down we know we need to create a change.
Maybe the shift is from why me, to why not me, to become a version of me I couldn’t have ever imagined before.
Because sometimes the life we are being led to, will require us to let go of the life we’ve become comfortable holding onto.
And maybe what feels like things falling apart is not actually the ending of our story.
Could it be an invitation to trust that something greater is on its way?
If you find yourself in a season of change take a breath my beautiful friend.
We don’t always need to know the entire path, we just have to be willing to take the next step.

Happy Thursday!
Trudy is definitely doing better.
She got put to bed early last night.😂
The vet said to keep her low key for fourteen days we are barely at seven.
She’s ready to live her best life.
She went for a short walk and played outside a bit and is currently napping with her sister.
Why are they even cuter sleeping?😂😂😂

Maybe for today we settle into the new beginning God has set for us.
Maybe we trust, maybe we let go of the path we thought we needed.
Maybe we ask with faith.
Ask and surrender.
It’s in the surrender I’m learning where my peace resides.
I always thought I knew my path clearly…
Career, marriage, home, children…
What God walked me through midway of the life I thought I was building, the thing I would’ve never chosen…
Loss..
In the beginning I gripped tightly to all the pieces as they started to crumble.
I felt lost, I felt broken.
But as I’m on the other side, I learned grief may always walk with me, but I can honor it without it keeping me from living.
Live fuller, love harder, to know how precious time truly is.
I write this for not only my healing, but others to come.
To know your not alone, the questions, the pain, the starting over when you don’t think you can, the tug of war of holding on and letting go.
I feel it’s all part of the unorganized process.
Our journey is allowed to look different.
Our timeline is our own.
May peace find you through your surrender.

When life inevitably ask you to begin again, I hope you remember that God has never once been afraid of a new beginning. Maybe that is what resurrection has always been trying to teach us…..Amanda Francis
My most painful experiences is where my faith strengthened.
Looking back I had to surrender, I had to trust the unfolding.
It wasn’t the life I thought I’d have, it’s a new one.
This time around I’m open to guidance, instead of needing a set of plans.
I know my purpose is in the storm God walked me through.
I would never want that pain again, EVER!
But I can see now how it has changed me.
I learned grief and gratitude can coexist.
We can miss someone deeply, yet we still love, laugh and live fully, even with grief present.

I heard this morning…
You can either be the temperature and adjust yourself to the room…
Or you can be the thermostat and maintain your energy regardless of the room…

I was reading this morning and the author was talking about jumping timelines…
How her reality suddenly was completely different.
And I had a moment because ummm hello..
My life looks completely different post 2022.
In my experience obviously some things were chosen by God.
However, I had to start making decisions based on moving forward while walking alongside of grief.
The loss I experienced shifted who I was forever, me nor my life would ever be the same.
In the beginning I struggled with wanting to go back.
Wanting exactly everything that God removed.
This is a very normal part of grieving.
However, unfortunately having things exactly the same was no longer possible.
And looking back I have a deeper understanding as to why.
When everything rearranges, so do we.
We have no other choice.
Because when things come in and knock you down, God isn’t telling you it’s over, he’s telling you, BEGIN AGAIN!
I have no idea why this was my reality but I wasn’t choosing to stay down.
Because God already showed me a beautiful example of what was already possible, so how could I not know deep in my bones everything will be okay.
Sending Love Always!💕
