Serenity Salon Escape

Lots of new things coming! A little refresh with some new stations. (A work in progress) to make room for our new talented stylist starting next week ✂️💇🏼‍♀️

We had a great first week with 2 new amazing ladies! Welcome talented, long time stylist Kristin Ort to our styling team. Then our eager to learn apprentice Ana France will be finishing off her apprenticeship with us at her new home. She will be learning mostly under Serene Hunt and has already picked up so many skills on week 1! Welcome gals we are so delighted to have you on board with us. Can’t wait to see how many people you will help make beautiful 😍

After working tomorrow I’ll be just shy of 60 working hours at Serenity SalonEscape this week! What I’ve realized is this…
1) I am more than exhausted and too old for this many hours in a week 🤣
2) I still love my job after all of these years🥳 Next year will be 25. (16 of them I’ve been in business for myself)
3) I am so blessed for all of my clients that make me want to come into work each day and are more than generous with me this time of year 🥰
4) I am grateful for all the people in my life. Family, friends, coworkers, anyone that has helped make my life what it is today.
5) The simple fact that I can make my own schedule and be there for my family when needed and my clients are understanding of this. Knowing that if they need hair help, I will do my best to help them in return.

With that being said after tomorrow I’ll be out of the salon and with my family all of next week. The salon will have limited hours of operation. If we don’t get back to you right away, please be patient and understand we have just put in a ton of work to get everybody looking beautiful for the holidays these past two months. We need some rest. Thanks to all that have come in to enjoy some pampering and we will see you in the new year.
