Cosmetologist of 20 years im a licensed operator instructor. i bleed hair spray. i have been in the business for about 8 years, bi proxy my whole life.
my mom is a stylist also so i spent my days after school in her salon mixing color, sweeping hair, folding towels, washing out perm rods... needless to say i feel right at home in a salon. in my short career i have tried to do it all. i have followed the bestie to her model shoots and styled her hair for her. i absolutely loved this part of being a stylist. i worked for a Murad spa and learned how to do facial, microderms and peels. i also did many many mani/pedis and full body wax which can get interesting. i recently spent about two months being a redken rep for the corpus christi area, and now here i am, corpus christi texas starting over behind the chair. i miss my clients from beaumont and I'm excited to meet new people and fill my books up.

Little too close for comfort this was. About 20 minutes later all of mid-county was ordered a mandatory evacuation. Special thanks to my awesome clients who braved through their appointments Wednesday and to the ones that rescheduled for next week. The walls of the salon shook and polishes were disheveled but thank God everyone is ok, our plant hands and first responders did an amazing job protecting our community. See y’all next week and be safe out there repairing your home and shopping.
