This new quarter isn’t just a new class schedule for me… it’s another reminder that wellness is about evolving — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. 💪🏼🖤

I’m especially excited (and a little nervous 😘) to add a NEW format to my lineup:
🔥 ReForm Pilates

Because growth doesn’t happen when we stay inside the familiar. It happens when we challenge ourselves, stay teachable, and trust our ability to rise into the next version of who we’re becoming.

For me, movement has never been about punishment or shrinking myself.
It’s about:
✨ building strength
✨ honoring my body
✨ protecting my peace
✨ increasing longevity
✨ creating confidence
✨ and helping other women reconnect with themselves again

Every class I teach is created with intention:

more capable…
more supported…
and more at home in their bodies. 🖤

Quarter 3 starts June 2 and I truly cannot wait to move, sweat, laugh, grow, and evolve alongside this amazing community.

March 2–7

Growth doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like adjusting the schedule.
Trying something new.
Adding a little more challenge.
Stretching yourself first — so you can stretch others.

This week I’m stepping outside my normal rhythm.
A new class.
A longer Barre Bootcamp.
More opportunity to move with intention.

I don’t ever want to stay the same just because it’s comfortable.
Comfort doesn’t create expansion.

If you’ve been waiting for a sign to try something new — this is it.
Try the class.
Show up nervous.
Stay anyway.

You don’t have to attend all four.
But you do deserve to attend to yourself.
