Cancellation & Lateness Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments, last-minute cancellations, and late arrivals directly impact the ability of a small business to operate sustainably and serve other clients.

Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $60 cancellation fee.
• This fee must be paid before booking future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
• A $60 late cancellation fee will apply.

Why This Policy Exists

This policy protects the time set aside for you and ensures fairness to clients who are waiting for appointments. It allows Rob Lowther’s Hair Studio to continue providing high-quality, personalized services.

My pricing is being updated to align with current market rates, and I will be honoring the prices listed on my website. Please note that all prices are starting prices and may vary based on time, product, and service needs.

I work by appointment only. A $55 cancellation fee will apply for appointments canceled within 48 hours. Emergencies, of course, will always be understood.
