Hello Everyone, We know it’s been a little while since we’ve made a post so we would like to apologize as we were gathering our thoughts of what to say and how to express this. It is with great sadness with all that has transpired in the last few months; as many of you already know that we have come to the difficult decision of having to close the salon due to unfortunate circumstances. Please know that this was not an easy decision on our part as there were many factors that brought us to this point. This has been a very difficult, stressful and devastating time as we’ve poured our heart and soul into this salon. Many of you have been with us for a very long time and we worked tirelessly to service you in the timeframe before our closure. We hope you truly know how much we appreciate you not only as clients but as friends. We have shared so many ups and downs with each other through these years together and you stood faithfully by our sides. Words can’t express our gratitude to you as Mirabella’s success would have been nothing without you! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of the years of your business, support, loyalty, friendship, love, laughter and facing hardships together! We couldn’t have done it without you! Your stylist will contact you personally, if they haven’t done so already as to their whereabouts. APRIL 29th Still Temporarily Closed: As we anxiously waited to hear the Governor’s briefing today along with so many of you that are our Mirabella family, we are saddened to say that we are required to remain closed until further notice. As a small business this is definitely a hardship on all of us, some more than others. We will be making calls to cancel the next week or two of appointments and we will wait to see what new information comes from our state and local officials of when and how we can move forward. AGAIN, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR RIDING THIS OUT WITH US! WE APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH 😘🙏🏻💖

We are waiting to hear today about the possibility of reopening. If so, there will be calls reschedule your appts 😃 In the meantime PLEASE read our New Guidelines: • • CLIENTS• •Please wait in your vehicle until your scheduled time. • Temperature checks will be done on each client as they enter. • We kindly ask that you wear a mask to your appointment. • Wash your hands when you enter the salon for your scheduled appointment. • Please bring only yourself to your scheduled appointment. No other guests or children can be waiting While your service is being done. • If you are not feeling well or having symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. If you have a temperature of 99 or higher when you arrive to the salon you will be asked to reschedule. • •SALON PROCEDURES•. • We will only be taking one client at a time and no double bookings. • We will be wearing mask. • We will be taking extra time in between guests to sanitize our stations, chairs, shampoo area and desk. • Sanitize shampoo station after every client. • Fresh new cape after each client. • We will manually enter your credit card information at check out and book your next appointment during your process time. • • • Please know and trust that we have your concern and safety at in mind as we always have. Most of these measures have already been applied prior to the virus as these are normal standards in our professional industry. We hope that you will understand and be patient with us as we try to reschedule you and we will do our best to get you in!

*UPDATE* As of today 4/1/20 I’m sure many of you have already been made aware through the news or social media that there has been a Florida state wide mandatory closing for non essential businesses and stay home order in place for 30 days or 4/30/20. We were hoping to get back to work and take care of all of you as soon as we could but now that is out of our hands and not an option at the moment. Those of you who have an April appt will now be cancelled. We will also try reaching out to you by phone as well. We want to thank all of you for your patience and understanding through this process as this is a scary and difficult time for all of us but we’re hoping everyone is healthy and safe. We will try and bounce back from this as quickly as we can but we are still in unknown territories as far as how long this transition will take! As of last night we have made an executive decision to temporarily close Mirabella for 2 weeks or until further notice starting today March 23rd. We just don’t need to take any further risk to you or ourselves. We will be calling or emailing this info as well. We will give you any updates as soon as we know it is safe to do business. -MIRABELLA NOTICE FOR COVID-19-
We know we haven’t posted in a long time but due to the influx of calls and emails we have received recently regarding the coronavirus we feel the need to put this out. We have been working as we normally would and taking sanitizing measures seriously to ensure safety however, we are highly concerned about the continued spreading of this virus and taking it day by day as to whether we will stay open. With that being said, I think we all need to recognize the possibility that we all may have had exposure to someone within these last few weeks.
Just because you are not having or showing symptoms of a cough, fever etc. doesn’t mean that you haven’t been possibly exposed and spreading to others.
Our relationship with you is very important to us and being that we work in very close proximity to you puts us all at a higher risk. If you have an upcoming appointment, we are keeping it until you hear from us that something has changed. Please know that we will be wearing a medical grade mask to protect ourselves and continue to sanitize before and after each client. We’d like to ask you to do your part and please do not bring extra people with you to your appointment, wash your hands when you arrive or wear gloves and if you have a mask and want to wear it we would greatly appreciate it! We will keep you in the loop as to what we decide to do moving forward. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!

PS: We know the pollen count is off the charts right now but it is hard to decipher between allergies and symptoms of a possible virus. We do not want to take any chances. If we feel the need, we will cancel/reschedule your appointment to a later date.

The goodies are coming in for our chosen pet shelters and rescue group. 😻 If you would like to help these sweet fur babies, the shelters and fosters of the rescue group check the photos for a list of items needed.
