You don’t have to carry every burden in silence. It’s okay to ask for help, to feel overwhelmed, to rest, to talk, and to heal. Strength isn’t found in pretending you’re okay — sometimes it’s found in letting someone walk beside you.

To the fathers, husbands, sons, brothers, and friends… you are loved, valued, and needed more than you know.
