Trudy has spent her life caring for others. She began her health career as a Medical Assistant graduating from the Georgetown School of Arts in Washington , D.C. While working at Treasure Coast Hospice, she saw many who benefited from the healing touch. This led Trudy to obtain her Licensed Massage Therapy Certification though Alpha Institute of the Treasure Coast. Trudy enjoys working with her patients in the Physical Therapy Department of Martin Health Systems and her In Home Massage Therapy Clients. Providing them with massage to relieve pain and help heal from muscle imbalances due to an injury or just the stresses of life. The healing power of touch boosts the immune system, decreases muscular pain and tension and calms the nervous system. Massage lowers blood pressure, stimulates weak inactive muscles and enhances the mood.
