As a result of the growing number of last-minute cancellations/ rescheduling and no-shows, I am implementing a new policy to ensure fairness and minimize losses ( one last min color reschedule is me losing 4 hours of income). Square appointments system sends a series of reminders, including an initial confirmation and three subsequent reminders, with the final one sent six hours prior to the appointment.
To reschedule a no show, I will require a 75% payment of the original appointment and 75% payment of the upcoming appointment. Your appointment will be canceled with a note to contact me for payment so you can reschedule*
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please be aware that habitual last-minute changes may require a 50% deposit for future appointments.*

My clients are everything, this job is too, I appreciate all you bring into my life.

*I am very understanding and do not want to implement any of this. As someone who has canceled on some of you for surgeries, illness, sprained ankles etc Ik life happens. I have gone 22 years not having to so lets work together to make it not happen! And thank you for anyone who has worked around any of my schedule changes ✨️
