Relationship coaching is helpful when navigating through experiences with your partner that you've never been through before. It can also be helpful when you feel like you've faced the same issue again and again and its not changing. When change presents itself having someone there to guide you through can help you feel seen, heard, understood and safe to move in the direction that feels best to you.

Coaching sessions are pay what you can. $50-$75 sliding scale.

♡ Wellness Massage including Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Prental/Post Partum, Chakara Energy Balancing and Cupping $90/hr. 60min, 90min and 2 hour sessions available Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 2pm and occasionally evenings.
Medical Massage for recovery after motor vehicle accident is available with a prescription for massage from your provider or chiropractor.
PRC billing for Ko-Kwel tribal members.

Coaching
♡ Using Expressive Arts and Embodied Learning we can work together to uncover the next right thing. Feeling stagnant, blocked, confused and unsure? This type of Coaching will help you feel empowered to make choices that feel true to you and the journey you are on.

Full Spectrum Doula Support
♡ Support for you and your loved ones from family planning through pregnancy and into the transition of death. I am here to make the changes of life in all its facets feel more navigable and supported.
