Roger Mayo LMT I am a graduate of the Downeast School of Massage working in private practice in Portland, Maine since 2003.

I do a combination of swedish and sports massage with focused deep tissue work on the neck, shoulders and back. Special attention is given to areas of pain and stiffness. These sessions are very relaxing and therapeutic.
