So many benefits of going vivid in this way!
☝️Cost. It doesn't take me as long (in most cases) to foilage rather than needing to lighten your whole head in full wild unicorn hair.
✌️It's easier on your hair (in most cases) with just lightening some of your hair.
👌 Leaving the natural background softens the blunt visual impact and also eases the grow out!! But it's just as brilliant!

This was her first ever experience with professional hair services and Lavinia straight went for it!! My first process was a 5nc/5rr base and I blended in our full head of lightener into it. Then we color melted red, into orange into yellow!!

Holly always has such fun new ideas! And she finally took the full platinum plumge! Even though we already had her very light with foiling, it still took 6+ hrs for me to pick apart all of my highlights, using multiple different levels of lightener to make sure I kept her hair as happy and healthy as possible!! Was it stressful for me?? Absolutely 😅 But that's why I charge my hourly rate for these projects. You think I'm going to whip up magick in the back room, but as I chug my coffee I'm thinking of every possible technique, formula, or lesson Ive been taught to make sure I get it right. And I will never cut a corner🤘
