*Saturday, March 4th, High Vibe Tribe's once a month Ecstatic Dance @ Movement Sanctuary 7-12am

*Sunday, March 5th Herbalism and Folk Medicine Market @ Roots to Crown 10-4pm. Offering a *Free* Workshop from 12pm-12:45

Intro to Herbalism: Crash Course on Herbal Applications
30-45 minutes.

We will go over basic terms for different herbal preparations, with a summary explanation of each extraction method and its applications. Followed by a Q & A from attendees for Formulation Herbalist, Paula Reed of Urb & Clay Apothecary.

This will give the beginner a chance to familiarize themselves with areas of interest and a direction to pursue further learning.

Iced Herbal Tea will be Served, bring a clean mug or jar. Bring a notebook if you would like to take notes!

Hello St. Pete! We have had a blast being back in St. Pete the past two weeks and seeing old friends/clients and making new ones!

Here's Paula at Synergy Glass for the St. Pete 2nd Saturday Art Walk. We were invited to vend at the workshop during a glass blowing demonstration and dance party.

We really enjoyed being able to share our herbal products and artwork with all of you. 💚🌿

Wild Red Bee Balm aerials getting tinctured in certified organic gluten-free vodka made in the USA!

We were out hiking deep in the Blue Ridge Mountains and came across the most magical foraging spot on top a ridge at about 6000 feet elevation. Misty, pristine and full of medicinals.

In additon to this vibrant Monarda, we found abundant woodland nettles, hawthorn (which I needed for a grief blend for two clients), usnea and even the ever elusive chaga-- both already fallen, so no harm was done to the trees or natural populations. The chaga came from a recently fallen birch, I had found the oldest grandmother tree in the stand and gave offering, asking for her to show me which of her children had chaga. Minutes later I came across the chaga. Thank your trees for all they do for us!

Sang to these herbs as I process them, setting intention that these special, small batch wild medicines make their way to those in need. Made with much, much love and gratitude!
