When I say I’m outside this summer…this is what I mean. 25 miles of nothing but nature and my thoughts down a mountain with zero cell service lol. Everyday I’m amazed and humbled by how blessed I am. Also moments like these are where I really feel the benefits of my strength training 💪🏾🚴🏾♀️
What’s the next adventure? Any suggestions?

As an island girl there’s just something so restorative about the ocean. This was probably the most relaxing moment I had in Barbados because Cropover was all pace but it was so perfect. The ocean always seems to heal me completely mind, body and spirit.
Oh and I saw a shipwreck which was actually super dope 😁🇧🇧

You can always find me where there’s water
It’s small but I added 15 pounds from the first video in about a month (the extra 2.5 pounds weren’t in the clip of this set but I promise I did it! lol), building upper body strength is what I’ve enjoyed the most about my training. I will never shut up about my baby tricep 😂😌
Shoutout to Fuel House and Brenner Krone for always replacing my weights with heavier ones 🫡 💪🏾
