Forest Ave. Barber Shop was first founded in December of 1997 by Cindy McGovern. We pride ourselves in being a true Maine authentic Barber Shop. Cash/Checks only.
Being a true Barber is a dying trade. We're a very welcoming place, and enjoy striking up conversations. Our shop mascot is a Golden Retriever named, Riley. No extra charge for advice, therapy, and commentary.
We will be on vacation 8/2 back to work on 8/12.
We will be closed Thursday July 3 reopening Tuesday July 8th

Finally got new lettering !
We will be open this week. The week of Christmas we will only be opened Friday and Saturday 🎄🎄🎄
Just wanted to let everyone know. I will be working this Tuesday, this will be the only day this week bc I have puppies coming on Wednesday. Cortney will be working Friday and Saturday.
Next week my hours will also be limited as to puppies need care 24/7 the first 2 weeks.
