In the warmer months many of us feel our best. We are more active in our gardens, our communities, and the beautiful Pacific Northwest forests. Remember to pace yourself and make sure that you are taking care of your body. Don't forget to stay hydrated, stretch before extreme movement, and consider booking a massage. That way you can recover between your hikes or after weeding your yard.
Our 45 minute hand and foot massage targets tension and areas of discomfort in order to increase circulation and promote pain relief. It's easy to expect a lot out of our hands and feet and that's why it's important to give them something in return.

We are about halfway through spring now. Pain can bloom just as rapidly as the beautiful flowers all around us. However, that discomfort does not have to stick around. There are things that you can do to alleviate some of it. Yoga, for example, is a fantastic way to loosen tight muscles. Of course, massage is our go to method. Massage can improve mood, decrease tension in the body, and increase range of motion.
