Twenty-five years later, my passion for my career remains undiminished. I’ve had the privilege of working in the fashion industry, contributing to magazines, mentoring aspiring designers, educating students, and even owning my own salon. I’ve certainly put in my time! I want to express my deepest gratitude to everyone who has been by my side throughout my journey.

I am absolutely thrilled to share some incredible news with you all. As of May 1st, a new chapter begins for Chachi Hair Salon. After 15 wonderful years of serving as Portland’s best hair salon, I am passing the torch to a truly remarkable team member who has been an integral part of Chachi Hair Salon for over 10 years. Please join me in warmly congratulating Sarah Petersen, our immensely talented stylist, as she embarks on her journey as the proud owner of the newly named salon, Ivy Hair Portland.

To My Beautiful Client :)

Firstly, I want to inform you that I have made the decision to increase my prices going into effect on November 1, 2023. This increase is a necessary step to ensure I can continue to maintain the high quality and reliability of my services that you’ve come to expect. I understand that any change in pricing can impact your decisions, and I want you to know I did not make this decision lightly.

In addition to the pricing change, I am also implementing a no tipping policy after your services with me. I believe that the value of the service is reflected in my pricing and I wish to maintain a transparent pricing structure for all of my clients.

Additionally, I want to assure you that if my new pricing does not align with your budget, we have other talented stylists within our salon whom I can personally recommend. They will be more than happy to work with you and provide exceptional service at a price point that suits your needs.
