Keep Cool - Stay Calm - Keep Hydrated

Let’s get more hydrated. A full 8oz glass of water is helpful,
but there are more ways to move hydration thru your body.
We can make the water or moisture molecules in our bodies
more hydrating and energizing with other methods than drinking water.

Let’s get more grounded. Sunlight and bare feet on the
ground are two of the best natural ways to move hydration through our tissues. Twenty minutes of Sunlight in the early morning without sunscreen is one of my favorite ways. Adding the cool and calming dampness in the morning air is a beautiful way to hydrate.
We are getting a magnetic charge from the earth, sun, and water inside us to respond and activate energy in our tissue and cells for health and wellness.

This is a shallow (lol, get it?) explanation of how electrons and water molecules work inside our bodies. But I was hoping you could consider working with me as proactive in keeping your skin cells healthy, hydrated, and happy.

"How do I know which facial to choose?" "Which facial is best for my skin?"
These are the top questions asked regarding choosing a facial. When I travel, I look at the spa menus and am sometimes confused about which will best suit my skin regime.
Now, more and more, it's difficult to decide between Microneedling, Microcurrent, Micro, Nano, Hyro, Hyra, Oxygen, or Red lights; Oh my goodness! It can be a lot.

Here are three tips for you to consider when booking a facial at L'Mu Salon.

1: Determine the amount of Time? You can choose a 45, 60, or 90-minute visit.

2: What is your Budget? Check out the price list to compare the services offered.

3. What is your Desire? What Is your skin asking of you? Are you concerned about a skin condition on your body, face, and neck? How does your skin feel?
Dry, Oily, or Normal?

Once you have the answer to these questions, look for the service that will bring you the most satisfaction. You may also consider Relaxation and Rejuvenation. If so, that requires more Time.

What's the difference between a L'Mu Custom Facial and the L'Mu Signature Facial?

L'Mu Custom Facial is a Classic European Facial that includes Deep cleansing, Exfoliation, Mask for toning & hydrating, or Massage to encourage blood circulation & oxygenation for cellular support, not to mention relaxation and rejuvenation. The Undercover Esthetician

It sounds like a title for a Mystery novel. But, no. I wanted to share a little about my visit to the beautiful Shambhala Urban Escape Spa at the COMO Hotel in London, England. What a treat it was for me. I played The Undercover Esthetician. I mean that I was incognito, doing a little R&D on
behalf of L'Mu Salon.
It was quiet and serene, and I loved the spa's decor and color choices.
Simple elegance. Perfect!
The menu had many choices, but I had my heart set on the Hydraderm Vital Energy Treatment. It takes 1 hr. So, I just gave myself over and surrendered to the idea of surrendering. It was not hard for me to do so. I know I will be in good hands whenever I go to the spa at the COMO Hotels. The Estheticians are well-trained, and Guinot Products are the Hotel's Premiere Skin Care line. The treatment offers a good workout for muscle toning and skin tightening. My first reason for choosing it is that the Thermic Energy boost helps oxygenate and increase blood circulation. After traveling for over two weeks, I could benefit from a little lift that energizes the skin. And that it did!
The treatment room was tranquil. Perfect! The Esthetician was wonderful. Not realizing it, she suggested I use almost the same list of Guinot products that I use.
