My name is Jasmine, and I am a wife and mother of two. Health and wellness is a huge part of my life, as I have struggled with chronic Lyme disease for over 7 years. I learned early on that clean eating would be the key to keeping the inflammation in my body low, and being able to live pain free. Living a paleo lifestyle has allowed me to so survive and thrive, and I hope to help you do the same!

Just a reminder that there will not be a menu going out today. Next week is school vacation, so I’ll have the kids home for the week. Ahhhhh the ups and downs of owning a small business and also being the primary care giver ❤️.
