If you or anyone you know is going through cancer treatments, recovering from cancer, or have survived cancer. You are invited to join me with Taking Care Portland on Sunday June 29th for a community supported event in TaborSpace. LMT's, such as myself, will be providing compassionate touch to people who are dealing with the havoc cancer has caused in their lives. There will also be a speaker, live music, and beautiful nourishing Ayurvedic food.

I get some of the best recipes from my clients. Is that cheating? The one I just made: Kale chips coated in a paste of soaked cashews, garlic, and basil, with a little lemon juice, salt & pepper.

It's been a fun weekend working at Hood to Coast and helping runners for the American Cancer Society feel better and run better.
