Multnomah County 'a little nervous' about phase 1 application Friday The only Oregon county still not in phase one of the state's plan for reopening, Multnomah County, will submit it's application to advance on Friday. Itching to get back to work!
Hey Friends and Family! Hang in there and we miss you!!!
