This is bare minerals concealer vs younique liquid foundation! Pretty amazing coverage from a foundation that is water-thin!!!! I love you Younique!!!
Ok, after the huge response on this picture, let me first say that this whole experiment came about because I was unhappy with the results I got from the bareMinerals bare skin concealer bc it stays wet on my face and cakes into the crease under my eyes. So, being that we are out of the concealer I need from Younique I decided to see if I could find a way to use our foundation as a concealer and get the same coverage. I achieved this maximum coverage by using our touch liquid foundation using 2 drops in a space the size of about 2 quarters and giving it time to dry. I do not generally use that much over my whole face. Doing my whole face, I use about 6 drops.

I went on an interview for a job and when the boss asked what I wanted for compensation I replied:
1. First, I would like 20% commission on everything I sell and I want to see that percentage get far higher as I improve.
2. I do not want a hourly wage- i want to be paid on the work i put in.

7. I want a sisterhood to be able to reach out too and help motivate me on my down days.
8. When I bring in and train any new sales people, I deserve to be compensated a percentage of their sales and the sales of the people THEY bring in.
9. I would like the opportunity to rapidly advance within the company.
10. I want the oppurntuniy to make more money than you sir, if im putting in the work.
11. When I do well, I expect LOTS of praise and recognition, fabulous trips, and even cash bonuses!!
12. I would like my friends and family to work here.
13. I’d like to get paid my commission on what I sell within 3 hours of the sale. Direct deposited straight into my free bank account.
14. By the way, I need to set my own schedule and work only when it suits me and my family!!!
