Had to pivot since the first design wasn’t working out but… this might be even better than what we had planned! 😍🦋
Started with a blue base and then applied Elsie glitter from ✨
Used Smoke white ink from ☁️ and finished with some butterfly stickers! 😍 hello DREAMY!

Curious about the potted gels from 🤔 this is Classic Gel Medium ✨
A medium consistency, hard gel that requires minimal filing. It is good for natural nail overlays and medium to long extensions. 🙌🏻
This is in the color Light Rose, which is a really pretty pink. Always use Max base first to ensure strong adhesion!

I ALWAYS say… please do proper research and education about the brand you’re using. Many brands vary slightly on their application process. Basically I’m saying…this tip could not apply to certain brands, which goes for any technique you see on social media! Educate yourself on the product before using it. 👩🏻🎓
Anyways.. this is the Max Base! Beautiful retention and I love the consistency because it doesn’t run! 🙌🏻 Max Base is the perfect foundation for any of the other systems. ⭐️
The cushion provided by the base will help bridge the gap between the flexible natural nail & the hard gel. Improving retention!

Took a class with on Saturday, learned all about Magic Gel and efficiency techniques 👏🏻
Then today I took the ProFormance class with .boissoneault which was amazing! Learned lots of form cutting and placement techniques. 🤯 I am now 2X certified in Akzentz hard gels!

Sometimes clients need more flexibility for better adhesion! 🤔 (This could also be considered a “Rubber Base” which just means a flexible base gel. There is no rubber in gel.)
While I find that the Akzentz Trinity gel has excellent adhesion on its own, I’m enjoying testing out their X-Bond base gel!
There is not one universal gel that works for every client. Every client has a different nail type and sometimes we need to adjust in order to get better adhesion. 🫶🏻 If you’re following proper prep and application then the client may just need a different type of gel.
