Energetic Cleansing: Much like sage, burning palo santo is a traditional smudging ritual to clear negative or stagnant energy from a room.
Aromatherapy & Relaxation: The wood is rich in terpenes (like limonene), which promote relaxation, reduce anxiety, and improve focus.
Physical Remedies: Historically, healers have utilized palo santo teas, oils, or smoke to treat cold symptoms, inflammation, and headaches

We cleanse the spa daily with Palo Santo, use in some of our spa treatments, such as, the Woods Detox Massage.

We talk a lot about gratitude around Mother’s Day. I take this time to reflect on all of the women in my life. My mother, my daughter, my sister, my niece, my besties, and all the women in their lives, even the pet moms. What a gift it is to love, and to be loved. We create our communities, we create our families, we create the nourishment in our lives that we so crave.
