CHELSEA loves hair. Established in 2013, Chelsea features the artistry of Portland's most talented and seasoned stylists.
Through a tailored consultation process, CHELSEA aims to give each client a look that is uniquely their own. Our studio provides a creative space for our stylists to achieve any client's hair goal. From hair cutting and color to permanent straightening, CHELSEA offers a wide range of services. We also offer eyebrow waxing, and bridal and event styling. To maintain your style at home, we carry KEVIN.MURPHY and Verb styling products. CHELSEA is committed to cruelty free beauty.
