Y’all!! The just passed in the Oregon Senate, making it the 8th state to make hair discrimination illegal! We need to stop policing Black hair and start standing up against these systems that try to limit how people are simply existing in their own beauty…they should not have to give up part of their identity and culture to go to work or school! The fight is not over, we have to keep working and pushing forward…I encourage you to see if it’s been passed in your own state and keep pushing this forward until it’s simply protection for everyone. art by 😍
