When asks you to get up at 4:30 to do literally anything, you say yes! Today we are at live recording at in Yarmouth.

I’m so thankful for my this woman for so many reasons.

Need a drink with a friend- she’s there
Need a home cooked meal- she’s there
Need friends to laugh with- she’s there
Need someone to do a crazy cleanse with- she’s there too 🤣
And most important she is on the bike with me 3-5 days a week 6am (8 on weekends) without fail. No excuses, no conversation, just there.
I love you my friend ❤️

I figure if a Chinese restaurant can make a pupu for one, I can make charcuterie for one ❤️😊

Few things make me as peaceful as a clean refrigerator full of healthful foods! Ahhh that is my weekend vibe ✌️

One of my favorite things about my work is that I have the tools to support my kid in a healthy lifestyle at home and on the field.

Today we were up against not only and undefeated team, but one no one has scored against in what we heard was over three years.

Mama went into prep mode with the True Sport workout Fuel (caffeine free and helps oxygenate the blood for better performance)!

When things got rough after 4 hours I was also happy to be able to come to the recovery rescue with post workout recovery containing branch chain amino acids and magnesium to help his sore muscles relax and recover.
