Hola Portland! My name is Gloria and I am the owner of Vida Wellness Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I created Vida many moons ago (16yrs to be exact) with the hopes of working with my community to assist folks in feeling well in their bodies. Knowing that when we feel well physically, emotionally and spiritually, our capacity for compassionate action is much more likely, my goal was and continues to be to help my clients be well so they can do well.

Vida now has 2 additional wonderfully talented LMT's, Jessica Krepel and JT Stovall. Bringing them on to the team has not only been a dream of mine but also such a blessing. I have carefully selected both of them because of their skill set as LMTs but also for their integrity to this work. I am lucky to have them onboard.

Just a reminder to take care of yourself. Wrapped up in the day to day, taking care of others, we often we neglect ourselves. As a mother, a caretaker, a head of household, without reminders I will easily neglect myself. The reality is if I don't nurture myself, I can not fully nurture others.
