Skin by Ori

Well hello there! I have some new folks following, so I figure now is a good time to reintroduce myself. I am Oriana (or Ori; I go by both)/aka Skin by Ori, and I have been an esthetician for over a decade.

My skincare philosophy is simple: I believe your skin is beautiful, and it’s doing everything it can to protect you and communicate with you. “Problems” you see on your face are your skin’s way of telling you something. It is a passion of mine to help you figure out what that is. When a new client comes in with concerns, I feel like a detective, trouble shooting with them to figure out what could be contributing to their issues. Often one or two little tweaks to their homecare routine can make a huge difference, and it makes my day when we can puzzle it out together!

You may not love the lines on your face, but guess what—I do! However, I have many tools and tricks up my sleeve that can help to soften them. I love showing folks how much improvement they can see in their skin by using gentle techniques that bring energy and vitality to the muscles and tissues of the face.

All of my facials are custom. This means that each facial is as unique as the person receiving it. Based on your intake form, your energy, how you are feeling, what you need and desire, I create a beauty ritual for you for that day. The next time you come in it might be completely different!

In 2020, I began working with local formulators to create my skincare line. For years I had been taking note of what products had been working for my clients, (and what products hadn’t), and using this hands-on experience, I created a line of products that I am truly proud of. It’s also a family affair; my husband Nathaniel T. Price designs the labels, and each one is a true work of art.

I am so grateful for my wonderful clients that make it possible for me to do the work that I do. To touch someone’s face is a privilege, and I don’t take it lightly. If you are a dear client, thank you, you are appreciated! And if you are new here, welcome, and I look forward to meeting you.
