Remember: things happen, sometimes we have to cancel or reschedule our appointments and that’s fine however after your 2nd cancellation or no show you will be subject to my cancellation policy & be required to to pay a deposit in order to book with me furthermore. Hair cuts or styles will be paid in advance as a deposit to book and for color 20% of the total cost will be required to book as well. As much as I hate to, time is money in this industry. As an independent contractor I do NOT get paid by the hour or commission, I get paid directly by the client so cancellations are a huge deal because your appointments are how I pay my bills and take care of my family & it also takes away the opportunity for another client to schedule with me for that time and the walks ins who are passed up to reserve your spot.
