Force yourself to the gym and get the heart rate up. The body needs to move and the heart needs to pump harder to let go of stress, worry, and anxiety. Appreciate what your body can do, give thanks to your legs and arms that they are able to move. So Go, go right now do those squats and lunges, run on the treadmill for at least 10 minutes to start....

There are many reasons why we feel anxious. We are simply overstimulated with the news and social media, and we live in high stress society. Are we ever making enough money, just enough to survive?
