Hi! I’m Tavehi, a licensed stylist and 2025 graduate of Empire Beauty School. Born and raised on Maui, I moved to New Hampshire two years ago and have been determined to keep growing my craft while building genuine connections with my clients. I enjoy working with natural texture, lived-in blondes, reds, and fun colors, and was honored to be nominated as a Top 100 Student in the One Shot Awards. Outside the salon, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, crocheting, exploring coffee shops, and going to concerts.

We’re so excited to share that Makayla has officially progressed from Salon Assistant to Junior Stylist!

What does this mean? Her schedule is now open, and she is accepting clients for hair cutting, styling, and specialized treatment services.

As a Junior Stylist, Makayla has dedicated countless hours training alongside our senior stylists, perfecting the techniques she first learned in beauty school. To ensure every guest receives the highest quality experience, all services performed by a Salt Salon Junior Stylist will be double-checked by Amanda before the appointment is complete.
