Over those 15 years she has developed a full range of techniques and product knowledge to turn any ordinary hairdo into a walking canvas of art. Ashley treats each medium that sits in her chair as a blank canvas working scissor in hand with her client to create an original unique style. Ashley started her journey at Empire Beauty School learning the fundamental basics. While in hair school she began working at a well-known salon being mentored by a stylist with years of experience. There is where she learned how to take the basics to a whole new level. She is not just an average hair stylist but a hair stylist that thinks outside the box, realizing that it takes skill and imagination to visualize form. Ashley worked under her mentor for 7 years before moving to a full service Aveda salon which she worked for another 7 years mastering her trade. With her foundation set in place Ashley intends to provide new and improved organic approach to hair styling at Troupe Studio.
