Starting June 1, all appointments will require a 50% deposit to book. Deposits will go toward your remaining balance at your appointment. ✨

This update helps secure your appointment time and allows me to continue providing the best experience possible for all clients.

We gotta understand that we are NOT gonna make every client happy, and that’s okay! No matter how nice, patient, understanding, professional, or talented we are… some people are still gonna complain or try to test boundaries.

That’s why policies and rules are there for a reason. The moment you let something slide one time, they’ll keep trying you every chance they get 😭 Stand on your business and keep it consistent across the board for EVERYBODY.

Clients may not always like our policies, but as long as we enforce them and stay firm, there’s no room for the back and forth or the games. Protect your peace and your business at all costs 💯
