We are paying for a broken system in more ways then one, which don't forget includes your tax dollars, an the environment.

In the mean time, companies like Waste Management, who are contracted out to many cities and municipalities, are paying their executives millions of dollars to only recycle 3 out of every 10 soda bottles, 2.5 out of every 10 milk jugs, and forget about the recycling rate for plastics 3 thru 7... it is embarrassing.

And don't let the waste hauling companies push the blame on to you... by saying "people are lazy"... that is not a solution, or an answer. That is passing the buck.

Willful waste makes woeful want.
