My personal belief is that the percentage of independent stylists who truly do it right and actually thrive is pretty small.

Not because they aren’t talented- but because they’re suddenly responsible for everything:

• marketing
• client acquisition
• pricing strategy
• taxes
• inventory
• retention
• branding
• financial planning

Most people leave employment thinking they’re escaping structure…

But the stylists who truly succeed in booth rental?
They build even more structure than before.

Freedom in this industry doesn’t come from avoiding systems.
It comes from understanding them.
