I have been avoiding doing this for some time, but the no shows and the last minute cancellations have really increased these few months...therefore I am implementing this notice
When appointments are canceled last minute or missed entirely, it directly impacts my business and paycheck. the time reserved for your appointment is time I cannot always fill.
Effective immediately, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of $25-$50 depending on the service that is cancelled.
I do understand that emergencies and occasional situations happen, and exceptions may be made at my discretion.
