Hello, my dear friends,

Accepting pain as part of the healing journey helps us to let go of anger, fear, and other extreme emotions that simply encourage more energy blockages.

Accepting things as they are without judgement, helps us to give up the sense of being a victim and empowers us to become our own healer.

Accepting our pain allows us to release judgement and love ourselves and our situation unconditionally.

Pain is a guide. Pain is a Gift.

Pain is a message shared with our consciousness for our benefit.

So how do we transform our pain into healing wisdom?

Through cultivating unconditional love and gratitude, we can access the most powerful healing energy there is!

We are all born with unconditional love.

Sometimes life trains and teaches us not to value it, not to feel it, and not to apply it- for ourselves or for others. This is like letting our body’s muscles atrophy.

So, the solution is to begin to use the unconditional love “muscles” again.
A little here, a little there, more and more and more.

We can love others unconditionally by forgiving them.

We can love ourselves unconditionally by not holding on to old stories and old emotions. When we hold on to old judgements, stories, and emotions, we slow the flow of healing energy.

Unconditional Love opens the way

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin

Intent Influences Outcome

At the very beginning of each day or each meditation, you tell the universe what you want.

Focus on your life, your goals and life purpose, telling your body what you want, and have a beautiful image of yourself and what kind of life you want to live. Then you can send a message to the universe.

What kind of image do you see of the world you want to live in?

What is your purpose? What do you want to accomplish?

What is your intention?

Make your purpose clear.

Submit your message in the light while meditating

Feel the essence of your message

Let go of any fears and doubts

After that, you solely focus on the moment.

Feeling how good you feel.

Feeling the tingling sensations in your hands, in your body, seeing light in your body, and focus on that!

Once you put yourself in the ‘Oneness’ you trust the energy and trust the messages you receive. Trust the intelligence within you.

Too much analytical thinking may stop your inner wisdom from surfacing

In the quietness you breathe slowly, gently, and deeply. You help yourself to wake up the intelligence in the body.

You receive these messages to help you fix the wrong information in the body.

It is a process of cleansing, so a lot of people cry and they feel peaceful at the same time; they feel lots of emotional experiences, again, just let it be and allow it to happen. It is a process of detoxifying. When you open all this old information and messages get cleared out, health is going to restore back your life.

This is why having a purpose when practicing Spring Forest Qigong is important, regardless what your purpose is; for healing or for relationship, or for higher vibration. When you have a purpose, the Qi, is automatically directed to support your purpose.

Hello my dear friends,

My students often ask me about the dantains.

What is the ‘Dantian’? And why is important when practicing Qigong Meditations and Movements?

Dan= Energy Pill
Tain= Field or Center
Dan + Tein = Energy Center use to cultivate energy in a repetitive way to form a pill of energy to sustain your life or in other words a “Sea of Qi”

Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches us there are three major energy centers in the body: the Lower Dantian, Middle Dantian, and Upper Dantian.

The Lower Dantian is the Foundation of the body, the life- force energy center or kidney energy. The Lower Dantian, sits deep behind the navel, almost in the middle of the torso (this varies depending on the size of the body);

The Middle Dantian; the Manufacturer is located in the bottom of the heart area directly in the bottom/middle your chest; and customizes Qi for specific uses in the body.

The Upper Dantian is found in the pineal gland or third eye position, which is a couple of inches behind a spot located about one inch above your eyebrows in the middle of your forehead also known as the pineal gland. This energy center Develops your Spiritual Power, it is your intuition, your connection to the Divine.

The basic functions of the Dantian’s is this: the life force, or kidney energy, stays in the Lower Dantian; the healing and love energy stays in the Middle Dantian; and the psychic energy and supernatural power stays in the Upper Dantian.

The Lower Dantian is the foundation of the body, and when your physical energy and when the energy in the Lower Dantian is strong, they support the Middle Dantian. When the energy in the Middle Dantian is strong, and you are more open hearted, it helps support the Upper Dantian, which helps to open the Third Eye and develop the sixth sense - your psychic energy. When the Upper Dantian’s energy gets strong, it goes down to support the Lower Dantian and Middle Dantian. So now you can see why focusing on the lower dantian is so important, because it feeds all the other dantains’ and also a strong dantian helps protect your body against invaders.

When your body needs more Qi (energy) it pulls from your dantian, specifically your Lower Dantain, which is why the lower dantian is the most important dantain to focus on strengthening. This is also why it is important that each time you finish your meditation, you make sure to bring your energy and your focus back to the Lower Dantian.

Spring Forest Qigong Level One Qigong Movements also help to strengthen your lower dantian.

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin

Hello, my dear friend,

Life is a series of choices my friends, and we have the power to choose how we experience life, through the choices we make.

We can choose to direct our focus in a positive way or we can choose to focus our attention in a negative way.

The choice will always be solely yours. However, if we choose to focus on the positive, we then begin to train our body and minds to do this automatically and we attract more positivity into our life.

It’s that wonderful. 😁

No matter who you are, know this—you cannot experience everything in the universe in your life.

You only will be able to pick and choose those things you like.

Think about this, my friend...

In a buffet you get 200 courses; the choices are unlimited. You can do anything you want. But in these five seconds you choose to get a bite of chicken and give up the other delicious food around you. If you tried to put all these 200 courses into your mouth, hallelujah!—you would be another god!

So make a choice.

So, don’t burn yourself out.

Whatever you do, you already are given the situation and the knowledge; you already have done the best.

And sometimes if life is busy and you just can’t do your qigong exercises, that’s okay. The next day or week you’ll find time to go back.

You can do it with your mind.

Qigong is supposed to help you with joy, it is not supposed to create more stress.

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin

To heal the body is to forgive.

Old stories, traumas, grudges, and resentments are all information held in the body, like poison.

When they are released through forgiveness, the body is free to heal itself.

In forgiving those that hurt us, we liberate ourselves from anything standing between yourself and your love. Even if a person hurt you, even if a person treated you unethically, you can forgive them.

When you can forgive and let go you will find an abundance of resources that can be used to cultivate a longer, happier life.

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin

Hello, my dear friends,

My students often ask me....

"What can I do to heal myself of fatigue?"

The very best thing that you can do for yourself is to stand up and practice the active exercises.

Fatigue comes from an imbalance in the kidney energy and the best way to balance this energy is to stand and do the exercises.

The Bubbling Springs point on the bottom of the feet is the beginning of the kidney energy channel so when you stand with bent knees, even if it is very slight, you are activating this point and helping the channel to open.

Many Blessings,
Chunyi Lin
