It is with a heavy heart that I have to write this post. With some extreme life changes happening, unfortunately I will no longer be taking any bookings till further notice. Life has hit very hard and I need to focus on some other things right now. I pray I will be able to return to my passion of makeup someday. Update: So, while most of you know I have been out of the “office” for health reasons! Hysterectomy on July 22, healing was going really well until a week and a half later I started feeling super off; something just wasn’t right. My dad took me to the ER Wednesday night the 3rd to check things out, nothing came back super wrong other then what they thought was intestinal issues. Was sent home but the pain didn’t get better, fever started and I just felt gross. So, mama took me back to the ER this last Monday, they admitted me into a hospital room that night for a severe infection where my surgery site is. IV infusions, tests and many kindhearted nurses later I had a procedure to drain the infection and I am now back at my parents home recovering on some strong antibiotics! I apologize to all my brides and clients! This month has been a huge challenge for me but I am grateful for all your patience! With love, Mindy

Friends and clients,
I will be going on medical leave starting next Monday the 18th. For those who don’t know I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer the begining of March.
Next Friday I am having a hysterectomy! I won’t be booking anything more till September to give my body the time it needs to heal! For those who’ve already booked in August don’t worry your slots are still good for me to come and provide your service granted I might be a little slow moving ☺️If anything changes you will know right away!

Not every wedding do I get to stay and celebrate my clients! Yesterday was an incredible day for Angeleena and Leon! Not only did she look fantastic with her hair and makeup, but her dress was to die for! I hung around as s assistant for the night. kept the party going, and it was the perfect surprise sunset to end such a beautiful day!!! Congratulations Angeleena & Leon!
