A big thank you to the North Kitsap Schools Foundation for providing funds to make our Caregiver Book Club possible! We read Good Inside by Dr. Becky Kennedy, with each participant receiving a free copy. Families joined three engaging virtual sessions, followed by a final in-person celebration featuring special guests from Poulsbo Therapy & Wellness.

We had wonderful discussions on supporting our children through challenging moments while staying calm ourselves. Your support makes opportunities like this possible—thank you!

We had such a great time presenting to the two Clinical Psychology classes at North Kitsap High School! 🌿🧠

Ashley and Shannon spent the morning talking with students about anxiety—what it is, how it shows up in the body, and evidence-based ways to work with it. We wrapped things up with a grounding mindfulness exercise (featuring delicious donuts from our local favorite, 🍩 ✨).

It was such a joy to connect with NKHS students and offer psychoeducation on something so many people experience. Thank you for having us, and thanks to these amazing students for your curiosity, openness, and thoughtful conversations. 💛
