Because there’s so much more to great hair color than picking a pretty shade. Understanding why color does what it does is what helps us create better results, troubleshoot when things don’t go as planned, and keep learning along the way.

WHY DOESN’T LUXE ANSWER THE PHONE??

At LUXE, we don’t answer the phone. And it’s completely intentional.

We don’t have a receptionist, and our service providers are busy taking care of the clients in their chairs and treatment rooms. We believe the person in front of us deserves our full attention — without interruptions, phone calls or stepping away from their service.

So what happens when you call?

📞 Leave us a voicemail — we’ll get your message to the right person.

✉️ Email us — you’re always welcome to reach out through our website.

💬 Your service provider will text you back when they have a moment between clients.

It may not be the traditional way of doing things, but it allows us to create the experience we want for you — relaxed, personal and completely focused on you.

Thank you for understanding that when you’re in our space, you have our full attention.

We’re getting ready for our Annual Closet Clear Out Sale and we’re looking for 8 people to join us as sellers.
