Inspired Massage

✨ Exciting News! ✨

After taking time away to heal from bilateral carpal tunnel surgeries, I am officially back to offering massage sessions!

Appointments are now open, and I can’t wait to reconnect, help you relax, and support your wellness journey once again.

Message me at 802-287-1414 to book your session.

This is for the ones who push through.

The ones who don’t complain.
The ones who take care of everyone else first.

You deserve a break too.

Reiki sessions are quiet, simple, and focused on helping your body release stress and tension, without having to talk it all out.

You don’t have to “believe” in anything.
You just have to show up.

Message me if you’ve been running on empty and would like to schedule a 50 minute session. 802-287-1414

I’m excited to officially introduce the Reiki portion of my practice! Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. It supports your body’s natural ability to restore balance physically, emotionally, and energetically.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or in need of reset, Reiki offers a calm and restorative experience.
