Sound journey + Tea Ceremony
A journey into stillness and an activation of all of your senses through sound healing and a ceremonial tea meditation experience. Sound waves from crystal bowls, a universal gong, chimes and bells will wash over you to bring you into a space of total relaxation. We will then sit for a traditional Japanese inspired tea ceremony where you inhale the aromas, sit with and slowly sip tea. Allowing the tea to bring you into a state of stillness and oneness with the present moment - awakening your senses even more. We will then be led in a guided meditation and journey with the tea leaves to wherever they may lead us. A heart opening and grounding experience not to be missed.
