Do what's best for your hair. I see way too many people trying to implement others techniques or regimens because of others success. Stick with what works for you and if you're unsure, you can ask for guidance. Just remember guidance does NOT equal success. The beauty in hair is that it's extremely diverse. Once you find your regimen, stick to it until your hair is healthy enough to try something different.

When conditioning, always opt to use cool/cold water to rinse it out. Cold/Cool water seals the cuticle, locks in the moisture from the conditioner, and reduces frizz.
