After the birth of my last baby— I realized the importance of being at home with my family every day.

If you know our story, then you know how God graciously saved our lives during birth.
The only reason that we are living and breathing today, is because of Him. He is the only answer & we thank Him every single day. To read the full story, look for my Birth Story posts on .wellness and “Steele’s Birth” highlights.

With that being said, 2026 is the first year in 14 years that I am not accepting any weddings.
This was a hard decision, but after a near death experience, the yearn to stay at home with my family grew even stronger.

I know that the wedding industry will always be around. Hanging up my hair and makeup products, wasn’t easy— but I know that raising my kids is the place that I need to be and the place that God is calling me to.

To all my past brides— thank you. Thank you for allowing me to use my God given skills to bless your day. Thank you for trusting me, for supporting me, and for always cheering me on.

This isn’t goodbye— it’s see you later 🤍

LIFE UPDATE ✨ because it’s been a minute… or 2 😏

As you can see— we are expecting our 4th little love! I’m due late August with another baby boy & we couldn’t be more excited!
I knew going into 2025 that I would be stepping back from weddings, as we were growing our family more, but I knew that I couldn’t step away fully.
I decided to take on Friday weddings (or week days) as I wanted my weekends to be spent with my family. After 14 years of working weekends with brides, this was a wonderful decision BUT a hard decision because it forced me to say no to a lot 😅 If you know me, you know this wasn’t easy!!

I’ve built my business to a point where word of mouth & referrals run it— which is the biggest blessing of all. Thank you to everyone for always sending your friends & family my way. It means more to me than you will ever know!

Yesterday, I wrapped up my last wedding before baby joins us in August. Probably one of my favorite weddings to date 🥰 God is so intentional with his planning!

Going forward, I will continue to do hair & makeup at some capacity, but my family will be my main focus!
