Well… I want to publicly apologize to a new client that was coming this morning.
I was suppose to be here for 6:45am.. and when I got home late last night. I set my alarm for 6:45am. I made a mistake. And when I told her I was on my way… she had concerns that I’d be “half asleep” and wouldn’t do her hair right.

I had been up 45 minutes when she messaged me and to let me know she was here

I apologized and was out the door. And I told her I was 5 minutes away

She was upset(as she should be). Said some harsh things. Which I deserved.
Told me her best friend suggested for her not to come to me and to go to her stylist. And she said she should have listened to her best friend.
But she said she decided to come to me because I was gonna take her early before she had work
I feel really bad. Apologized and I took the punch.
I offered to send her money to pay for her visit to her friends stylist. I felt it was the least I could do
She declined. And I understand
I’m definitely not tryin to bash her(I will leave her name anonymous out of respect of privacy)
I just wanted to publicly apologize again..

I always come early. Stay late. Come on Saturdays and I even work Sundays to help

I try to accommodate everyone
I’m not looking for sympathy either
Just wanted to apologize. And tell the story

I wished her well and for better blessings.
