September is here! 🍂

We’re keeping things a little low-key this month, with a few intentional opportunities to connect, reset, and make a little space for yourself.

I’ll be sharing more details about each experience soon, but until then, don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Space is limited, and spots are reserved with payment through each event’s individual sign-up link.

Stay tuned for all the details. ✨️

Community is more than an appointment. 💚

Solitude was created to be a place to slow down, connect, try something new, and simply enjoy being together.

Beauty + Wellness, yes! But also community.

Stay tuned for this month’s community experiences!

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter. ✨️

Last week, we had another SOLD OUT Sound Bath in The Pause. 😌✨

And we’re just getting started…

Stay tuned for September’s events at Solitude PLUS something a little extra special…our first invite-only SOLITUDE PRESENTS experience at a private location.😍✨

We can’t wait to share what’s coming. 🌿

We love this! 🫶🏼

I had a husband and wife book back-to-back massages today.

I asked the husband, “Do you have any problem areas, or do you know where you tend to hold your stress?”

Without missing a beat, he said:
“All my problems and stress are sitting on that couch.” 😂😂😂

Sir. 💀

I don’t offer couples massages at Hills Therapy, BUT couples can absolutely make a little self-care date out of it!

While one of you is getting a massage, the other can relax on our couch or book a facial with one of the amazing service providers here at Solitude Suites! then flip-flop!

Massage + facial + a spouse willing to publicly blame you for their stress… sounds like a date to me. 😂🤍
